Our Origins
Mistress Murders was established in 2020 by actor and writer Francesca Fleur. Having graduated with a Bachelor degree in English and Theatre at the University of Warwick, Fleur’s passion for murder mysteries began during her studies. Her literary interest in Agatha Christie led her to write her dissertation on a selection of her murder mystery novels. Meanwhile, her enthusiasm for immersive theatre prompted her to write her own murder mystery play in association with Rideout (Creative Arts for Rehabilitation). With the launch of her own company, she hopes to share her passion with a much greater audience.

From mysterious night-time affairs in 1920s Isle of Wight, to a stray bullet at a shooting event gone wrong in the modern day English countryside, our selection of plays provides a wide variety of genres and scenarios, allowing you to pick the one that suits you best.
